This policy document is your guide to the various policies and decisions that have been made on PernMUSH. PernMUSH is a single themed, cooperative roleplaying environment which is run under the leadership of the 'God' of the MUSH and his/her wizards. As such an environment is constantly changing and evolving, the word of the Wizard Council is final, and supersedes anything written into this document.
The decisions outlined in this document are the wizards' and players' answers to issues that have come up over the years. It therefore may seem incomplete in some areas and overly specific in others. It still can be quite useful in helping players to sort out which issues have been settled, and how. Unless the issues are re-examined by the Wizard Council, the policies are binding.
