No one may require anyone to provide Real Life information, such as the player's real name, gender, age, location, or other personal information. Site information (which computer the player used to connect to PernMUSH) is available to the Wizards, but will not be disclosed. An email address may be required for participation in some activities since anomymous free email is widely available.
No one may require anyone to provide specific information about other characters they may play, including the name of the character. General, non-identifying information such as how long they've played on PernMUSH (roughly), other areas they have had characters in, whether they've had a character who was a rider, etc may be required. Leaders may request help from the Wizards if they suspect a player has given false information to these general questions. Leaders who suspect a player is using an alt to get around removal from an area may also request help from the Wizards.
Concerns over privacy may be appealed to the Wizards, who can rule on specific cases. These rules apply only within the game -- they are not intended to address legal concerns.
