Ista Sea Hold. A small hold beholden to Ista Weyr.
Colin's life was spent at a Hold, near the sea. He's used to the rowdy behavior of the seacrafters that docked, and the stories the old fisherman share over tankards of ale in the Great Halls.
Colin has gotten the "Riders are evil" speech so much that it has colored his outlook slightly, however, it hasn't stopped him from dreaming about being a dragonrider. He has yet to interact with a rider so he may just be a bit less than polite.
Colin's background is almost complete. We have his family history and locational background done. We know what he looks like. But there is one crucial step missing to him. See the last section to get yourself ready to RP with other characters!
